Terms & Conditions

Last updated June 2026

Agreement

These terms govern the supply of security products and services by Fortify Security Systems (Gibraltar) Ltd (company number 126816) to its customers. By requesting a quote, placing an order or accepting our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We design, supply, install, monitor and maintain physical security systems including CCTV, access control, intruder alarms and integrated solutions. Any advice or specification we provide is tailored to the information available to us at the time.

Quotes and orders

Quotes are valid for the period stated and are estimates based on the information and site access available when prepared. Work begins once you have accepted a quote in writing and any agreed deposit is received.

Installation and access

You agree to provide safe and timely access to your premises, along with power and any structural conditions reasonably required for installation. Delays caused by lack of access may affect timescales and cost.

Payment

Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services or withhold support where payment is overdue.

Warranty and maintenance

Installed equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and, where agreed, our maintenance plan. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, or third-party alterations.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for using CCTV and monitoring systems lawfully — including displaying appropriate signage and meeting your own data-protection obligations for footage you control.

Liability

No security system can guarantee against every loss. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel a contract in line with the terms of the agreed proposal. Work and equipment supplied up to the point of cancellation remain chargeable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Gibraltar courts.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of our website and services.
